Monkey D. Luffy vs Smoker is a fight that occured in the anime One Piece.
First Fight[]
Monkey D. Luffy is climbing the execution platform when Smoker confronts him and calls him a small fry. Luffy attacks, but is unable to hit him. Luffy then kicks at him, but it gets tangled in a fountain and sends him flying.
Second Fight[]
Luffy and Sanji are confronted by Smoker, who is hellbent on capturing Luffy. In the manga Sanji fights with him, but leaves in the anime. Luffy is tossed around by Smoker and Luffy uses a gatling on him, but his fist do no damage due to Smoker's abilities as Smoker catches him again. Luffy tosses one last punch, but it goes right through Smoker as he slams Luffy into the ground. Luffy's father Dragon then shows up and brushes Smoker off.
Third Fight[]
Smoker gives chase to Luffy, Nami, Usopp, and Roronoa Zoro, but the others split up as Smoker catches Luffy in his smoke, but Luffy inflates and brushes Smoker off.
Fourth Fight[]
Smoker pins Luffy after Tashigi distracts him, but Boa Hancock knocks Smoker off as Luffy runs. Smoker lectures Hancock before chasing Luffy, only to be struck again.
